The BodyCraft multi-gym X-Press Pro offers numerous exercise and training possibilities in a small space. This multi-gym features an innovative cable and pulley system with adjustable training arms which make the BodyCraft multi-gym X-Press Pro well-suited for rehabilitation exercises and sport-specific training.
The multi-gym X-Press Pro is designed as a compact training space offering a combination of six different training modules (chest press, chest supported rowing machine, leg curl, lat pull-down bar, rowing, dual cable machine).

BodyCraft multi-gym: How to increase the maximum resistance

The BodyCraft multi-gym’s weight stack typically offers 90 kg of resistance. However, a clever mechanism allows you to increase the resistance of the chest press up to 180 kg. There are cables on either side of the chest press that can be attached to the carabiner hooks of the dual cable machine handles. Attaching one cable allows you to increase the resistance up to 135 kg, and attaching both doubles the maximum resistance to 180 kg. Since the incline of the chest press module can be adjusted, it can also be used for other exercises like inclined bench presses, should presses, or rows.

Qualité au top et le juste prix

Vient de compléter ma pièce fitness dédiée de 50 m2 dans laquelle la marque Bidy-solid est bien représentée. Ce multi gym Bodycraft remplace un multi gym d'une autre marque qui manquait de fluidité et qui prenait du jeu. Gros écart de qualité avec celui-ci. Après un montage sans souci malgré un plan assez brouillon le constat est excellent. La machine est très fluide de la plus légère à la plus lourde charge. Pratique aucun bruit à l'usage. Ça respire l'usinage très précis. Les pièces paraissent très robustes. Visuellement ça rend du sérieux aussi sans artifice. Satisfait de mon achat pour un prix bien contenu. Je connais bien la marque Body-solid que j'apprécie beaucoup. Ce Bodycraft n'est absolument pas de moindre qualité au contraire.... [Read more]

120 min. zum Auspacken und Zurecht legen ,bei 11 verschiedenen Schrauben ist Übersicht notwendig ;300 min. für den Aufbau durch eine Person ,Sehr gute Aufbauanleitung ,auch für Laien verständlich ,bis auf den Einbau der Armpresse ist alles von einer Person zu schaffen , Bodenschutzmatten sind zwingend notwendig Wenn die Last mal unsanft abgelegt wird, merkt man das im ganze Haus . Das Gerät steht sicher und stabil

Hallo an alle Interessierte! Habe diese Station mit Beinpresse 2006 gekauft. Seit dem ist sie im Dauereinsatz 3-4 mal pro Woche, jeweils unter max. Belastung. Außer einem Seil, dass ich vorsichthalber gewechselt habe, zeigt das "Gerät" keine Verschleißerscheinungen. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Von der Beratung bis zur Lieferung und dem Aufbau - sehr professionell. Der Preis ist für die Verarbeitung und Qualität denke ich gerechtfertigt. Dafür hat man dann länger was davon. Alle Funktionen sind stabil ausgelegt und leichtgängig. Die Gewichte sind sofort aktiv und durchgängig vorhanden. Für mich als Anfänger mehr als ausreichend – wäre schon froh wenn ich wenigstens die hälfte Nutzen könnte. Jede Menge Möglichkeiten und das auf kleinstem Raum. Bin begeistert und kann jetzt endlich wieder aktiv werden. ... [Read more]

Gutes Produkt mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Zwar teurer als die Taurus-Stationen, aber auch wesentlich wertiger. Aufbau ist gut machbar.
